BEEF & POTATO PIE 
1 tbsp. salad oil
1 lb. ground beef
2 med. onions
1/2 tsp. celery salt
3 potatoes, sliced thin
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
6 slices sharp cheese
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. garlic powder

In a large skillet add ground beef, oil, onions, celery salt, garlic, seasonings and mushrooms. Brown until tender. Dice 3 slices of cheese and add to beef mixture with tomato sauce. Stir until cheese melts, set aside. Line bottom of casserole with sliced potatoes. Pour beef mixture over potatoes and bake 30 minutes covered. Remove from oven, add sliced cheese on top. Replace in oven for another 15 minutes. Serve.
