SOUPER HAMBURGER POTATO PIE 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 lb. ground beef, raw
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 egg
1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 c. mashed potatoes

Mix 1/2 cup soup, ground beef, onion, egg, bread crumbs, parsley, salt and pepper. Press in 9 inch pie plate. Bake 25 to 35 minutes until hamburger is done. Spoon off fat. Spread potatoes on top. Spread remaining soup over potatoes. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake 10 minutes more. Can also put cooked, crumbled bacon on top if desired.
