PECAN CLUSTERS 
1 lb. sugar
1/8 lb. butter
1 pt. white corn syrup
1 tsp. honey
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 sm. can evaporated milk (6 1/2 oz.)
Dash of salt
6 1/2 oz. water
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 lbs. pecans, chopped

Mix all ingredients except pecans in an 8 quart pan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the syrup cooks to a soft ball stage. Remove syrup from fire and add pecans quickly, mixing well.

While still hot, wet hands and form candy into clusters the size of a lemon. Place clusters into small cupcake paper cups. Makes 48 large clusters.
