GRANOLA SNACK BARS 
3/4 c. walnuts, chopped
3 c. quick oats
2/3 c. dried fruit, chopped

Combine and set aside. Bring to boil:

1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon

Simmer and stir over medium heat for 1 minute. Then combine with oat mixture and press into greased 11 x 7-inch baking dish.

Bake at 350°F for about 15 minutes, or until lightly browned. Cool and cut.
