SOUTHERN SWEET POTATO PIE 
3 tsp. flour
1-2/3 c. sugar
1 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1/4 c. light corn syrup
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
pinch salt
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1 unbaked pastry shell

In a large mixing bowl combine flour, sugar; add potatoes, eggs, corn syrup and evaporated milk. Beat well. Pour into pastry shell.

Bake at 350°FF for 55-60 minutes.

Serves 8.
