CORN CASSEROLE 
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can cream corn
1 chopped bell pepper
1 chopped onion
1 sm. jar pimento (chopped)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 sm. Jiffy cornbread mix
2 eggs
1 stick butter
1/2 c. cheddar cheese

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into Pyrex casserole dish that has been buttered. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
