COWBOY CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 (15 oz.) can Western or Texas style beans
1 (15 oz.) can Spanish rice
1 pkg. grated cheddar cheese

Brown onion and ground beef in skillet. Drain grease. Add beans and rice and heat until warm. Pour into a baking dish, and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted.
