STUFF MELLONTONE 
12 med. sized mellontones
3 lg. onions
1 lg. bell pepper
1/2 c. ham, chopped
3 lbs. shrimp
Season to taste (salt, pepper, Accent, etc.)
1/2 loaf French bread
1 stick or c. butter

Broil mellontones; set aside when tender. Peel when mellontones have cooled. Cut in half to remove seeds. Place mellontones into a strainer to remove excess water. Remember don't throw water away, it will be used at a later time.

Place butter, onions, bell pepper and ham into a pan, cook about 20 minutes. Next place shrimp into the mixture. Next add French bread and bread crumbs along with mellontones. Season to taste.

If mixture begins to dry out, add just a little mellontone water to help the moisture level in your pan. Cook 20 minutes.
