TAMALE PIE 
3 Jiffy cornbread mixes
2 (15 oz.) cans creamed corn
2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. onion, chopped
2 pkgs. taco seasoning
1 sm. can chopped green chili
1 green pepper, chopped
4 oz. grated cheese

Mix cornbread according to package directions and add 2 cans of corn. Pour half of this into a 9 x 13 inch pan that has been well greased. Cook ground beef and drain fat. Add onion, taco seasoning, green chili and green pepper. Layer on top of cornbread layer. Add layer of grated cheese and then spread the rest of the cornbread mixture on top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until brown.
