ROMAINE SALAD 
1 head Romaine
Garlic
1 egg
Garlic oil (Cut up whole garlic, put in jar and cover with oil. Store in refrigerator.)
Cooking oil
Worcestershire
Parmesan cheese
Croutons
Lemon juice

Wash Romaine and cut out ribs. Dry and roll in towels. Cool in refrigerator. Rub mixing and salad bowls with garlic.

Coddle egg 1 minutes (put in boiling water for 1 minute). Mix 1/2 garlic oil and 1/2 cooking (or olive) oil with dash Worcestershire and coarse pepper. (Depends on how much dressing you want for quantities.)

Beat egg and mix into Romaine. Add dressing to coat Romaine. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Add croutons and sprinkle with lemon juice.
