CUCUMBER BUTTERMILK SOUP 
2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. shredded cucumbers
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. sliced green onions
1/2 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
1/2 tsp. dried dill weed

Combine buttermilk, cucumber, parsley, onion, bouillon, and dash of pepper. Cover. Chill 3 to 24 hours.
