BUTTERMILK SOUP 
1 qt. buttermilk
1 c. mashed potatoes, set aside
1 tbsp. butter

In saucepan heat buttermilk over low heat until bubbles appear around edges of pan. Add butter and continue stirring until melted. Slowly add potatoes and stir until mixed in with liquid. Remove from heat and serve. Serves 4 to 6.
