1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/4 c. chopped carrots
1/4 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 c. chopped pecans
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. honey

In a medium bowl, cream together cream cheese and mayonnaise or salad dressing. Add carrots, pineapple, and pecans; mix well to blend. Stir in lemon juice and honey. Spread on buttered slices of your favorite bread. Wrap and pack for lunch.
