SALTED NUT ROLL 
CRUST:

3 c. flour
1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt

FILLING:

1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow creme
1 (12 oz.) bag butterscotch chips
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. water
1/2 c. corn syrup
3 c. dry roasted peanuts

Mix flour, butter, brown sugar and salt as a pie crust. Press evenly into bottom of a 12"x15" pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.

While baking, place chips, butter, water and corn syrup in a saucepan and melt over low heat.

Immediately after removing crust from oven, spoon marshmallow creme onto crust. Pour melted chips over warm marshmallow creme. Doesn't have to completely cover cream. Return to oven for 10 minutes, remove from oven and sprinkle nuts evenly over chips. Cut when cool. Refrigerate for ease in serving.
