TACO SALAD 
1 lb. ground turkey
1/2 lb. ground beef
Tortilla chips
1 chopped onion
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 (15 oz.) can refried beans
1 tomato
1 c. chopped lettuce
1 c. grated cheese
1 (16 oz.) sour cream (low calorie)

Crush enough tortilla chips to cover a 9 x 13 pan. Cook beef and turkey with onion until done. Drain off grease and return to frying pan. Put taco seasoning in mixture. Stir and add refried beans. Stir. Spoon over chips and let cool before adding sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese. Serve with picante sauce on the side.
