TACO SALAD 
1 pkg. taco chips, crushed
1 sm. head lettuce
2 (#2) cans pinto beans, drained
4 tomatoes, cubed
6 green onions
10 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (use lite)
2 lbs. ground beef, cooked (use ground chicken or ground turkey)
1 sm. bottle Catalina dressing
1 sm. bottle Western dressing
Taco sauce to taste

Mix together all but lettuce and chips. Chill. Just before serving, add crushed taco chips and lettuce.
