LAYERED TACO SALAD | |
1 lb. ground turkey (or veal), browned in Teflon pan 1 envelope taco seasoning mix 1 c. water Simmer until thick. Spread in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan and let cool. Blend 1 (24 ounce) carton cottage cheese and 1 envelope low calorie Ranch dressing. Spread this on top of meat. Top with 2 inches chopped lettuce. Top with chopped tomatoes and 2 cups shredded cheese. |
