7 LAYER MEXICAN SALAD 
2 cans refried beans
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
2 avocados
3 tbsp. sour cream
1 sm. can chopped green chilies
1 pkg. grated Cheddar cheese
1 pkg. grated Monterey Jack cheese
2 tomatoes

Mix together beans and taco seasoning, then avocado and sour cream. Layer beans, avocado mixture, green chilies, cheeses and top with tomatoes. Heat until cheese melts. Can serve hot or cold. Get dip size corn chips and serve it as a dip.
