HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. hamburger
1 c. onion, chopped
1 can corn, drained
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
6 oz. pkg. egg noodles
1/2 stick butter
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs

Cook noodles and drain. Brown hamburger and onion. Add corn, soups, sour cream, salt and pepper and mix well. Add noodles to hamburger mixture. Put in 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Melt butter and mix well with bread crumbs. Put on top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 6. (Make up and freeze hamburger mixture for a later time).
