DUTCH APPLE PIE 
6 med. apples
1 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Pare, core and slice apples, fill pastry shell. Mix flour and sugar with cloves. Add sour cream and mix good. Pour over apples. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar over top and bake until apples are tender and top is brown. Note: I use Jonathan apples or other tart apples.
