POTTED PORK CHOPS | |
1 onion, finely chopped 4 pork chops 1 pkg. brown gravy mix 8 oz. lg. egg noodles Brown onions in butter in a 5 quart pot. Add pork chops and brown on both sides. Add 3 cups water and brown gravy mix. Cover and let simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour until meat is tender. Serve over a bed of noodles. Serves 2. |
