SHRIMP IN GARLIC SAUCE 
1/2 to 3/4 lb. shrimp
8 tbsp. olive oil
3 lg. cloves garlic, chopped coarsely
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. Tony's Cajun seasoning (optional)

Shell uncooked shrimp and sprinkle with coarse salt on both sides. Let set at room temperature 10 minutes. Place olive oil, garlic and seasoning in medium size baking dish. Heat in oven until garlic is just golden. Do not overcook. Add shrimp; toss and cook 5-10 minutes, stirring often. Serve over capellini and with French bread to dip in sauce. Very Alabama!
