SHRIMP N' GARLIC SAUCE 
2 lbs. lg. shrimp, cleaned, shell on tail only
4 garlic cloves, sauteed, sliced
1 stick butter, sliced
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1/2 c. white wine
Sliced lemon
2 tbsp. butter

Prepare shrimp, leaving shell on tail end of shrimp. Saute garlic in 2 tablespoons butter 1 minute. Put shrimp in broiler pan, single layer. Pour over with garlic and place sliced butter on top of shrimp that has been seasoned with pepper. Broil 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Add wine. Return to broiler. Broil until sauce is bubbly and shrimp are done. Serve with sliced lemon to sprinkle juice over shrimp.
