HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
1 bag frozen hash browns
1 carton sour cream
1 (8 oz.) bag shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
1 c. chopped onions
1 stick butter, melted

Combine first 6 ingredients and mix well. Pour into casserole dish and drizzle melted butter over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1-1 1/2 hours. (May also add bacon bits; chopped ham, etc.)
