DILLY BREAD 
1 pkg. yeast dissolved in
1/4 c. warm water
1 c. cottage cheese
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. dill seed
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 egg
2 1/4-2 1/2 c. flour
1 tbsp. minced onion

Warm butter and cottage cheese. (Don't overheat.) Add butter, salt, sugar, dill, soda, egg and yeast. Mix well, gradually working in flour. Knead lightly. Let rise to double. Punch down. Form into loaf or rolls. Let rise.

Bake loaf in greased casserole. Bake 40-50 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. Slice; butter; wrap. Reheat when needed. (Or make 1 dozen rolls.)
