HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hashbrowns
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. container commercial sour cream
1 stick melted butter or sub. other than "Promise" or equivalent

Hashbrowns - preferably with onions and chopped peppers added. If unable to find, frozen chopped peppers and onions may be used or 1 large fresh onion, chopped and 1 large fresh green pepper, chopped and, if for extra color, 1 small red and 1 small green chopped peppers.

Cover 9 x 13 inch pan sprayed pan refrigerator overnight. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
