SKILLET CHICKEN PARMESAN | |
2 whole chicken breasts (1 lb. each) 4 thin slices cooked ham 1/4 c. butter 1 1/2 c. water 1 pkg. Lipton deluxe Parmesan noodles 1 c. sliced mushrooms 1/2 c. milk Take chicken, split it, skin it and take bones out of it, then pound it. Top each chicken breast with ham, roll up and secure with wooden toothpicks. In medium skillet melt butter and brown chicken. Add water and simmer covered 20 minutes or until chicken is tender. Remove chicken and keep warm. Bring water to boil; stir in remaining ingredients. Continue to boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally for 9 minutes or until noodles are tender. Serve and arrange chicken over noodles and sauce. Makes 4 servings. |
