PAPER BAG APPLE PIE 
1 (8 or 9 inch) pie crust
6 to 8 cooking apples, cut into 8ths

COATING MIX INGREDIENTS:

1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Mix together.

CRUMB MIXTURE:

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
3/4 stick butter
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Pinch of salt

Mix together. Coat apples. Put coated apples in pie crust. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Cover apples with crumb mixture. Put in brown paper bag and close tight with paper clips. Bake for 1 hour at 425 degrees.
