BAKED FRANKFURTERS AND POTATO
POT PIE
 
1 pkg. frankfurters, cut up
8 or 10 med. potatoes, diced
1 c. fresh, canned or frozen corn
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk

If using canned corn, some of the liquid, and use with milk, using enough to cover all ingredients when they are put in the baking dish.

Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl, and then put into your favorite deep baking dish and cover with your favorite pie crust. Cut air pockets in crust so mixture will not cook out. Bake in slow 325 to 350 degree oven for approximately 1 1/2 hours. Serves 5 or 6.
