EGG NOODLES 
4 eggs
2 c. flour

Mix thoroughly. Divide the dough evenly. Roll out thinly on floured board. Roll the dough up as you would a jelly roll. Cut in small strips. Unroll. Repeat with other half of dough. Drop the noodles into boiling broth. Cook 15 minutes, stirring often. Serve hot.
