EGG CASSEROLE 
Ten slices bread
1/2 lb. bacon
1/2 lb. sausage
1/2 lb. ham, cubed
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
7 eggs, lg
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt

Butter and cut crust off bread. Cube and spread out in a 9 x 13 pan. Cook bacon, sausage, ham until done, pour off grease. You can use all three or any combination of the 3 meats. Layer meat on bread then cheese. Beat eggs, add milk and salt. Mix. Pour over layers and leave in refrigerator overnight. Bake approximately 45 minutes or until done in center at 350 degrees. Serves 12. Great for holiday mornings!
