SPAGHETTI PIZZA 
8 oz. spaghetti
8 oz. shredded part skim Mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. skim milk
16 oz. jar low salt spaghetti or pizza sauce
4 to 6 oz. ground turkey roll
Egg substitute equal to 1 egg
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
4 oz. can mushrooms, drained
Oregano to taste

Break spaghetti in 3 pieces. Cook spaghetti (omitting salt) according to package directions. Drain and return to pot.

In a bowl, mix 4 oz. of the cheese, egg substitute and milk. Pour into hot spaghetti and mix well. Place mixture in 9x13 inch pan.

Spread spaghetti sauce on top, then sprinkle ground turkey, green pepper, onion and mushrooms evenly on top. Cover with remaining cheese and sprinkle oregano over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 8.
