WHITE CHOCOLATE CRUNCH COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 egg
1 c. plus 2 tbsp. flour
2 c. quick cooking oats
6 oz. white chocolate

Heat oven to 350 degree. In large bowl beat butter, sugar, and soda; cream together. Add egg, flour, and oats; blend well. Stir in chocolate.

Roll 2 tablespoon portions of dough (or smaller) 4-inches apart on ungreased pan. Bake at 350 degrees until brown, 12-14 minutes. Let cool until firm to touch.
