KATIE'S EASY TATER TOT CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 (10 oz.) can cheese soup
1 (10 oz.) can cream chicken soup
2-3 cups mixed veggies (peas, carrots, corn, etc.)
2 tbsp. dairy sour cream
3 tbsp. milk
1 (2 lb.) bag tater tots or potato rounds
salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Brown ground beef and onions together, then drain. Mix together: browned hamburger, both soups, vegetables, dairy sour cream and milk.

Lightly coat a 2 1/2 quart oval casserole dish (with lid) with non-stick cooking spray (Pam). Pour mixture into dish. Top with tater tots (you will have some leftover). Season with salt and pepper, as desired.

Bake at 375°F for 30 to 35 minutes, covered. Remove cover and continue to bake until tater tots are done.
