TACO RONI 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 pkg. taco mix
1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
1 box Ronzoni Tubettini
Extra sharp Cheddar cheese
1 (16 oz.) sour cream (this is a optional garnish)

Brown ground beef; drain. Add taco mix, tomatoes all into a large skillet. Let mixture simmer, covered, for about 20 minutes while you are cooking the Tubettini. When the macaroni is done, drain and add to the simmering Taco-Roni mixture. Using more or less depending on how much macaroni you have made. Mix all the ingredients together and serve. Garnish with Cheddar cheese and sour cream.

I started making this dish when the kids were small and I had a lot of leftover Taco meat filling. It became a popular quickie dinner and now I make it with or without the leftovers.
