TACO CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. Hungry Jack mashed potato flakes
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
2/3 c. water

FILLING:

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. taco sauce
4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese (1 c.)

TOPPING:

1 1/2 c. shredded lettuce
1 c. chopped tomato
1 c. slightly crushed tortilla chips

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine crust ingredients. Press into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

In skillet, brown ground beef; drain. Stir in taco sauce; heat through. Combine meat mixture and cheese; spread over baked crust. Arrange lettuce and tomato on top of beef mixture around outside edge. Sprinkle tortilla chips over lettuce and tomato. Serve with additional taco sauce if desired.
