OVEN BAR B QUED RIBS 
3 TO 4 lbs. meaty spare ribs, cut in serving size pieces (2 ribs ea.)
Onion sliced
Lemon sliced

On each piece of rib place 1 thin slice onion topped with 1 thin slice lemon (with rind), anchor with toothpick. Roast meaty side up for 30 minutes at 450 degrees while making sauce. Heat to boiling 1 cup catsup, 1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon chili powder, 2 dashes Tabasco sauce, put all in 2 cup measuring cup then fill with water to make 2 cups. Reduce oven after 30 minutes to 350 degrees. Pour sauce over ribs and baste ever 15 minutes for 1 hour longer. For microwave, parboil 10 minutes, drain, put together and microwave 5 minutes (with lemon and onion), add sauce and microwave 15 minutes on high, may need longer if ribs are large.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
