CHEESE CAKES 
1 lb. cream cheese (room temp.)
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box vanilla wafers
1 pkg. lined cupcake holders

Beat together cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Using cupcake liners in cupcake pan place 1 vanilla wafer in bottom of each cup. Fill each cup 3/4 full with cream cheese mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes. Do not overcook. Cool.

Top with Dream Whip or other whipped topping. Cover with cherries, nuts, coconut, etc.
