1 baked pie shell
3 oz. cream cheese
3 tbsp. powdered sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. 7 Up
3 tbsp. red Jello
3 drops red food coloring
Fresh strawberries, washed and hulled

Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar well and spread on bottom of pie shell. Cook cornstarch, sugar, 7 Up, Jello and food coloring until thick and when cool, pour over strawberries placed in pie shell. Let stand until firm. (1 small box of Jello is enough for 2 pies).
