MEXICAN CORNBREAD 
1 c. self rising corn meal
1/2 c. self rising flour
1 c. sweet milk
1 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. sharp cheese, grated
1/2 c. cooking oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
Dash of salt
1 c. can creamed style corn

Mix all ingredients and bake at 350 degrees until golden brown. May be made into muffins or bread sticks.
