3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 onion, finely chopped
2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a medium baking dish. Mix together all ingredients. Pour into baking dish.

Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned.

Makes 6 cups (48 servings).
