LEMON CAKE 
1 box lemon velvet cake mix (Betty Crocker)
1 pkg. instant lemon pudding
1/3 c. Mazola
1 1/2 c. water
3 eggs

Mix all ingredients well and pour into 9x13 baking pan (greased and lightly floured). Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Remove from oven and punch with a fork.

GLAZE:

Mix: 2 c. powdered sugar

Pour over cake and bake at 350 degrees for 5 more minutes.

SECOND GLAZE:

Mix: 4 tbsp. lemon juice

Pour over cake while hot.
