LEMON GLAZE CAKE 
1 pkg. Betty Crocker Lemon Velvet Cake Mix or yellow or white mix
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
4 eggs
1 c. water, less 3 tbsp.
3/4 c. Wesson oil
1/3 c. lemon juice
2 c. powdered sugar

Combine cake mix, lemon Jello, eggs, and water and beat 2 minutes. Add 3/4 cup Wesson oil. Beat 2 minutes more. Pour into ungreased baking dish 9 x 13. Bake at 325 degrees 35-40 minutes. Remove from heat. Turn off oven. Set cake aside while you mix 1/3 cup lemon juice and 2 cups powdered sugar.

Prick warm cake with toothpick (I use 2 pronged meat fork) and pour powdered sugar mixture over cake, returning to oven until melted into cake (5 minutes or so). DO not turn oven on.
