SPICY LEMON YOGURT CHICKEN 
1 (8 oz.) carton lemon yogurt
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 whole chicken breasts (split)
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Combine yogurt and spices. Place chicken and yogurt in 2 quart baking dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Spoon yogurt over chicken occasionally. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Baste frequently. Serves 4.
