KRAUTBROT - SAUERKRAUT BREAD 
2 c. ground roast pork, cooked
1 (2 1/2 oz.) size can sauerkraut, drained
1 lg. onion
1 loaf unbaked bread

Dice and saute onion. Add cooked pork and sauerkraut. Divide dough into half or 12 individual pieces and roll into rectangular pieces. Place meat mixture on center, bring up sides and pinch together. Bake at 375 degrees until nicely browned. Cut larger pieces into serving portions. An old time recipe! North Dakota
