LAYERED PUDDING DESSERT 
1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1/2 c. ground nuts
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
1 lg. Cool Whip
1 (3 oz.) instant chocolate pudding
1 (3 oz.) instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk

Mix together layer one: flour, butter and nuts. Press into 9x31 pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes, just browning a little. Allow to cool before adding next layer.

Layer 2: cream cheese and powdered sugar and only 1 cup Cool Whip. Chill this layer while preparing next layer.

Layer 3: chocolate pudding and just 1 1/2 cups milk. Beat until thickens. Spread over layer #2.

Layer 4: vanilla pudding with 1 1/2 cups milk. Beat in until thickens. Spread over #3. Cool.

Layer 5: Spread rest of large Cool Whip over top.
