LAYERED PUDDING DESSERT 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. nuts
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 lg. container Cool Whip
2 lg. boxes chocolate pudding
5 c. milk
1 sm. container Cool Whip

Mix first four ingredients together. Pat into 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Cool. Then whip cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip together, put on cool crust. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Mix pudding and milk and put on top of layer of cream cheese. Top with Cool Whip.
