LITE BISCUITS 
2 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter
1 (8 oz.) carton plain yogurt
1 tsp. honey

Combine dry ingredients in bowl. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add remaining ingredients until moistened. Turn dough on lightly floured surface. Knead 4-5 times. Roll to 1/2 inch thickness. Place on baking sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
