CHOCOLATE PHILLY FUDGE 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Philly cream cheese
2 c. sifted powdered sugar
2 (1 oz.) squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nut meats

Place the cream cheese in a bowl and cream until soft. Slowly blend in the sugar, then add the melted chocolate and mix thoroughly. Add the vanilla, salt and nuts and mix well. When well blended, pour into a well greased pan and let stand 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
