CHOCOLATE CHIP CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 sm pkg vanilla instant pudding mix
1 c milk
3/4 c vegetable oil
3 eggs
1-6 oz bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 bar German Chocolate, grated

Combine all ingredients except chocolate and chips in large bowl. Mix with electric mixer until smooth. Fold in chips and grated chocolate. Pour into greased and floured bundt or tube cake pan.

Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes. Let cool and remove from pan. Dust top with powdered sugar if desired.
